Plan for distances and pickup points in LA
- Check the full journey before heading out. An LA address alone does not establish that both ends of a trip are in the service area.
- Use the correct entrance for a studio, venue, hotel or shopping center. The destination’s street address may differ from its designated passenger pickup.
- For an LAX connection, check the terminal and booking instructions explicitly. Do not infer airport access from a nearby neighborhood being covered.
Check coverage before committing to a trip
Use the operator’s current coverage information, then confirm your pickup and destination in the booking app. The app is the final check for the trip you want to take; a map or city guide is not a live availability guarantee.
Official Los Angeles booking and coverage information →Compare the trip, not just the fare
Record the fare, wait and pickup walk at the same time you check another service. For a return journey, check the reverse trip separately. Leave extra time for a fixed appointment or a departure you cannot miss.
Understand fares and compare quotes →Before your first ride
- Check passenger capacity, luggage, child-seat and accessibility requirements with the operator.
- Identify the assigned vehicle using the app and follow its boarding instructions.
- Locate in-app support before departing. Use the operator’s instructions if you need help.
